  • Quote data: job descriptions (typed or dictated via voice), generated quotes, revision history, and exported documents
  • Voice recordings: audio recordings captured in your browser for speech-to-text transcription (processed immediately and not stored permanently)

Information Collected Automatically

  • Log data: IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of visit, time spent on pages, and other diagnostic data
  • Device information: device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers
  • Cookies: small data files stored on your device (see Cookies section below)

3. AI Data Processing

PlanUpPro uses third-party AI services to process your input and generate quotes. When you use the Service:

  • Your text input and business context (trade, company name, country) is sent to third-party AI services for quote generation and revision
  • Your voice recordings are sent to third-party speech-to-text services for transcription
  • Voice recordings are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers
  • We do not use your data to train AI models
  • AI-generated output is returned to your account and stored as part of your quote data
  • Tax calculations are performed by the application (not by AI) based on the tax rate you configure in your profile

4. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to collect information and improve the Service. Cookies we use include:

  • Essential cookies: required for the Service to function properly
  • Analytics cookies: help us understand how you use the Service (Google Analytics)

Paddle (Payments)

AI & Transcription Services

We use third-party AI services for generating and revising quotes based on your text input and business context, and third-party speech-to-text services for transcribing your voice recordings. Your data is processed according to these providers' respective privacy policies.

Cloud Infrastructure

We use third-party cloud infrastructure services for data storage, user authentication, and file hosting. Your account data, quotes, client information, and uploaded files are stored in secure databases with row-level security enabled.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription, we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes). You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
