Cancellation Policy

Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your PlanUpPro subscription at any time. There are no long-term commitments, no cancellation fees, and we do not ask questions when you decide to cancel.

To cancel your subscription, you can use either of the following methods:

  • Email us — Send a cancellation request to [email protected]. Your subscription will be cancelled upon receiving your email. No questions asked.
  • Self-service — Locate any invoice email from Paddle (our payment processor) and click the "Manage Billing" link. From there, you can cancel your subscription directly.

What Happens After Cancellation

Once your subscription is cancelled:

  • You will retain access to PlanUpPro until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method.

Try Before You Pay

We do not offer refunds. Instead, we offer a 3-day free trial so you can explore PlanUpPro fully before committing. Three days is enough to create quotes, test every feature, and decide if it's right for your business.

If PlanUpPro isn't for you, simply cancel during the trial — you won't be charged at all.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our authorized payment processor. PlanUpPro does not store your payment card details. All billing inquiries can be managed through Paddle's billing portal, accessible via the "Manage Billing" link in your invoice emails.
