Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your PlanUpPro subscription at any time. There are no long-term commitments, no cancellation fees, and we do not ask questions when you decide to cancel.

To cancel your subscription, you can use either of the following methods:

  • Email us — Send a cancellation request to support@planuppro.com. Your subscription will be cancelled upon receiving your email. No questions asked.
  • Self-service — Locate any invoice email from Paddle (our payment processor) and click the "Manage Billing" link. From there, you can cancel your subscription directly.

What Happens After Cancellation

Once your subscription is cancelled:

  • You will retain access to PlanUpPro until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method.

Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 14 days of any payment — no questions asked and no conditions applied. If you are not satisfied with PlanUpPro for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days of your charge and we will issue a complete refund.

To request a refund, email us at support@planuppro.com. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our authorized payment processor. PlanUpPro does not store your payment card details. All billing inquiries can be managed through Paddle's billing portal, accessible via the "Manage Billing" link in your invoice emails.
