You may cancel your PlanUpPro subscription at any time. There are no long-term commitments, no cancellation fees, and we do not ask questions when you decide to cancel.
To cancel your subscription, you can use either of the following methods:
Once your subscription is cancelled:
We offer a full refund within 14 days of any payment — no questions asked and no conditions applied. If you are not satisfied with PlanUpPro for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days of your charge and we will issue a complete refund.
To request a refund, email us at support@planuppro.com. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our authorized payment processor. PlanUpPro does not store your payment card details. All billing inquiries can be managed through Paddle's billing portal, accessible via the "Manage Billing" link in your invoice emails.
